Usually, when I am coaching my new students, the first thing I check is how they hold the badminton racket. It is important and easy to learn how to hold the racket so that players can have fun and perform the different shots with ease. Usually, when holding a badminton racket, the player should be held loosely in the fingers and not in the palm of the hand.Badminton Forehand Grip
