Jens has been with the organisation for over six years contributing significantly to the development and implementation of the World Class Programmes, most notably the World Class Start Programme. One of the legacies that Jens will leave is that those players challenging for medals in 2012 will have been identified and been a part of the programmes whilst Jens has been Head Coach.

Over the years Jens has demonstrated that he is a knowledgeable, thorough and professional individual who sets high standards for himself and those around him. He is highly respected by coaches, players, player's parents, volunteers and staff, and he will be greatly missed.

Jens will continue to work through his notice period to 3rd April and will be part of the process to establish how the Performance Team will support the junior programmes in the future.

We wish to sincerely thank Jens for everything he has done and say that he will always be welcome in English Badminton.
