Chen Logn is clear-cut favorite to win the BWF Superseries Finals title

Dubai: In the absence of world number one men’s singles shuttler Lee Chong Wei and world number one women’s singles shuttler Li Xuerui, doors are wide open for Chen Long and Saina Nehwal at the BWF Superseries Finals.

Group B consists of China’s Wang Yihan, Ratchanok Intanon of Thailand, Chinese Taipei’s Tai Tzu-ying and Akane Yamaguchi of Japan. The 24-year-old admitted her toughest opponent will be China’s Wang Yihan.

“I preferred playing Shixian to Yihan,” she said. “It has been tough for me against Yihan.”
