Leaks were spotted at different parts of the badminton hall near the seating areas, fortunately, that didn't interrupt with any games.

Public Works Department (JKR) director Azizan Ab Rahman said the leak was just a minor defect. Water entered the stadium through the side roof due to poor workmanship by the installer.

"We spotted the leakages at 4pm and the leakages were repaired by 6pm," said Azizan.

"We've inspected the hall thoroughly to ensure no more leakages were found," he added.
