Moscow: The Independent Panel of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) has allowed Russian badminton players to compete in the upcoming 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Brazil, the Russian National Badminton Federation said in a press release on Thursday.Russia's Vladimir Ivanov and Ivan Sozonov perform the haka after winning the men's doubles final at the All England Open.
