GUANGZHOU, Aug 6  -- National singles head coach Rashid Sidek feels the men's singles final of the 2013 World Championships would be a face off between Datuk Lee Chong Wei and defending champion Lin Dan of China.

Rashid said his predictions were based on the fact that Chong Wei, the world number one, and Lin Dan, the four-time World Championship winner, were in a class of their own.

"If there was a player who can derail the dream final between Chong Wei and Lin Dan, it would be Chen Long (China). However, the standard of world number three Du Pengyu will not match Chong Wei or Lin Dan's calibre," he told reporters, here, Tuesday.

Rashid believes for Chong Wei who is still looking for his maiden World Championship title, this year would be his best opportunity although the Chinese players led by Lin Dan would be the main challengers.
